I wish to live in a world where there is acceptance of new ideas. A world where we do not hold biased views towards people, communities or nations.
I dream of a world wherein we encourage people to make mistakes, albeit new ones. Why is it that we are so obsessed with being perfect? Why can we not just be the way we are? I desire to live in a world wherein there is no rat race, where each person is free to follow his own passion in life. My ideal world is a world where every individual is an agent for change. We can then change the world one man at a time.

  1. Hello Adithya,

I'm really sorry to have to comment on your blog post. I'm afraid I have to use this space to write my own thoughts on "what kind of world" I want to live in. I am not able to log in as an admin on this website and hence there is no other forum where I can do this assignment. Thanks.

A very wise man once said "My definition of intelligence is "the ability to be happy"". After pouring various thoughts into this statement, I eventually concurred. I do not want to live in an ideal world. I want to live in the real world where there is a lot of uncertainty and dynamism. I want to live in a world where product development reaches a stage wherein a product itself does not exist. Instead every product and service we use in everyday life will already me in our minds. I'm extremely interested in the metaphysical aspect of living: we don't live in our bodily forms. Our souls interact with each other just like other forms of nature. However, in this world I do want to lead a respectable and noble life and find a definition of happiness and live by it.
